01-113 <br />Council Membei0' Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-113 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR WEST <br />SHADOW PONDS <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for preliminary plat approval for West <br />Shadow Ponds, and <br />WHEREAS, A public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on <br />November 12, 1998, and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 01-112 approves a minor subdivision of land that provides land <br />to be incorporated into the plat, and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 13 -01 rezones the subject property to R -1X Single Family <br />Executive, and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 12-01 allocates 11 acres of MUSA reserve to the proposed plat, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary plat meets the requirements of the City's zoning <br />ordinance and subdivision ordinance, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the preliminary plat for West Shadow Ponds as depicted by the preliminary plat <br />by Mattke Surveying & Engineering, Inc., dated 4/28/01 and received by the City of Lino <br />Lakes June 12, 2001. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the approval is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Additional land shall be dedicated to the City of Lino Lakes for road right of way to <br />provide for 40 feet from the centerline. This shall include Parcels D and H from the <br />minor subdivision approved in Resolution 01-112. <br />2. A trail shall be constructed on 62nd St. before a grading begins on the project. <br />a. 62nd St. shall be reconstructed as soon as feasible. <br />b. Feasibility studies shall be initiated immediately for 62nd St. and Holly Drive. <br />c. Elm St. shall be reconstructed prior to Holly Drive and 62nd St. <br />
