01-113 Council Membei0' Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 01-113 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR WEST SHADOW PONDS WHEREAS, the City has received an application for preliminary plat approval for West Shadow Ponds, and WHEREAS, A public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on November 12, 1998, and WHEREAS, Resolution 01-112 approves a minor subdivision of land that provides land to be incorporated into the plat, and WHEREAS, Ordinance 13 -01 rezones the subject property to R -1X Single Family Executive, and WHEREAS, Ordinance 12-01 allocates 11 acres of MUSA reserve to the proposed plat, and WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary plat meets the requirements of the City's zoning ordinance and subdivision ordinance, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves the preliminary plat for West Shadow Ponds as depicted by the preliminary plat by Mattke Surveying & Engineering, Inc., dated 4/28/01 and received by the City of Lino Lakes June 12, 2001. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Additional land shall be dedicated to the City of Lino Lakes for road right of way to provide for 40 feet from the centerline. This shall include Parcels D and H from the minor subdivision approved in Resolution 01-112. 2. A trail shall be constructed on 62nd St. before a grading begins on the project. a. 62nd St. shall be reconstructed as soon as feasible. b. Feasibility studies shall be initiated immediately for 62nd St. and Holly Drive. c. Elm St. shall be reconstructed prior to Holly Drive and 62nd St.
