The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed a concept plan of <br />the plat on January 10, 2001. The Planning and Zoning Board first reviewed the <br />preliminary plat on February 13, 2001 and the item was tabled pending the TWAFFA, <br />tree preservation plan and grading submittals. The additional information was provided <br />and the Planning and Zoning Board reviewed the application on June 13, 2001.
