01-121 <br />Council Member Dahl <br />adoption. <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-121 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />SPIRIT HILLS <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Spirit Hills was approved with Resolution 01-79 by <br />the City Council on June 11, 2001, and <br />WHEREAS, Outlot B will be deeded to the City for the location of a lift station to serve <br />the project, and <br />WHEREAS, screening of neighboring properties along Outlot B will be included in the <br />project, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Spirit Hills complies with City requirements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Spirit Hills. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council t ' 27th <br />h .Be <br />ST: <br />er, Deputy Cle <br />day of August <br />Jo meson, Mayor <br />, 2001. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, Reinert and O'Donnell <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
