01-149 <br />Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-149 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />HIGHLAND MEADOWS WEST 3RD ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Highland Meadows West 3rd Addition was approved <br />with Resolution 01-91 by the City Council on July 9, 2001, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Highland Meadows West 3rd Addition received by the City <br />September 6, 2001 complies with City requirements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Highland Meadows West 3rd Addition. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council thjs-a 2 day of , 2001. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City( Jerk <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Reinerland upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Dahl, Reinert, Bergeson, Carlson & O'Donnell <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
