Council Reinert <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-156 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS — LINO LAKES MARKETPLACE STREET AND UTILITY <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 27th day of August, 2001, fixed <br />a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement for Lino Lakes Marketplace <br />by constructing sanitary sewer, watermain, street and storm sewer. <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held earlier this evening, at which time all persons desiring <br />to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer, John Powell, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement.
