01-168 <br />Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-168 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE AND BUILDING PLAN FOR <br />McDONALD'S <br />WHEREAS, McDonald's Corporation submitted an application for site and building plan <br />approval, based on the site, grading and landscaping plans prepared by Ryan <br />Engineering, received September 24, 2001 and building elevations prepared by <br />McDonald's Corporation, received October 1, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the project on October <br />10, 2001, and recommended approval with conditions, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council approves the site <br />and building plan as described in the staff report for the October 22, 2001 meeting of the <br />City Council, with the following conditions: <br />1. Architectural Plans shall be provided for the trash enclosure to insure conformance <br />with City requirements. <br />2. A photometric lighting plan and light fixture details shall be submitted and subject to <br />review and approval by staff. All lighting used to illuminate off-street parking areas <br />shall be hooded (i.e. shoe box fixtures) and arranged to deflect light away public <br />streets and adjacent properties. <br />3. A revised Landscaping Plan shall be submitted subject to review and approval by <br />staff prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />4. A tree preservation plan shall be submitted subject to review and approval by staff <br />prior to the commencement of site grading activities. <br />5. A revised grading and drainage plan shall be submitted for review and approval by <br />the City Engineer and Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />6. A utility plan shall be submitted for review and approval of the City Engineer. <br />7. All permits required by the Rice Creek Watershed District shall be obtained prior to <br />any site grading. <br />
