Councn Member O'Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 01-173 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY CHARGES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 2001 PROPERTY TAXES PAYABLE IN 2002 WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 401.29 and Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk -Treasurer has prepared a list of properties having delinquent water and sewer charges to be certified to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 2001 property taxes, payable in 2002, and WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing relative to the certification of such delinquent water and sewer charges, and WHEREAS, notice of such public hearing was mailed to affected property owners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the Clerk -Treasurer is hereby authorized to certify the delinquent water and sewer charges as indicated on the attached listing to the Anoka County Auditor to be collected with the 2001 property taxes, payable in 2002. The following voted against same: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
