Council Member Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-181 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION OF ABATEMENT, 729 79TH STREET <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has levied an assessment for improvements <br />on 729 79th Street for payable 2001-2015 taxes, and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to abate a specific assessment known as a special assessment <br />for PIN 08-31-22-11-0050, and <br />WHEREAS, the assessment should be abated from Anoka County Assessment Fund <br />Numbers 83160 and 83161, and <br />WHEREAS, the total assessment should be reduced to zero for 729 79th Street, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. The City Engineer is directed to make application for abatement to <br />Anoka County for: <br />Reducing the total assessment to zero for 729 79th Street <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of No er, 2001 <br />J J.
