01-187 <br />Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-187 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />LINO LAKES COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Lino Lakes Commercial Development was <br />approved by the City Council on April 26, 1999 and the final plat was approved by the <br />City Council on February 14, 2000, and <br />WHEREAS, the previously approved final plat has been revised to incorporate changes <br />to the McDonald's Site Plan approved by the City Council on October 22, 2001 <br />(Resolution 01-168) and the proposed acquisition, by the City, of the Apollo Drive right- <br />of-way, and <br />WHEREAS, final plat for Lino Lakes Commercial Development prepared by McCombs, <br />Frank, Roos Associates, Inc., dated November 21, 2001, complies with the City <br />requirements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Lino Lakes Market Place subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Receipt of title information for the property to be platted and approval of said <br />information by the City Attorney. <br />2. Execution of a Development Contract by JADT Development Group and the City <br />of Lino Lakes. <br />3. Conveyance of property, contiguous to and northerly of Lot 1, Block 1 of the plat <br />of Lino Lakes Commercial Development from JADT to the City of Lino Lakes <br />consistent with the purchase agreement, dated October 22, 2001. <br />4. Submittal of a easement or suitable agreement across Outlot B for drainage and <br />utility purposes in favor of Lot 1, Block 1, Lino Lakes Commercial Development. <br />
