Council member O'Donnell <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-190 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 2002 GENERAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is required to adopt a resolution <br />setting out final General Fund revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the following final General Fund operating budget be adopted <br />for 2002: <br />2002 FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES: <br />Property Taxes $4,901,509 <br />Intergovernmental Revenue 541,553 <br />Licenses and Permits 724,025 <br />Charges for Services 228,500 <br />Fines & Forfeitures 100,000 <br />Interest on Investments 85,000 <br />Miscellaneous 169,000 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND REVENUES $6,749,587 <br />EXPENDITURES: <br />Administration $1,069,121 <br />Community Development 819,290 <br />Public Safety 2,548,264 <br />Public Services 2,233,803 <br />Other 79,109 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES $6,749,587 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of Decembe <br />01 <br />Joh, :ergesoric ayor � ~ <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Carlson <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Reinert, Dahl, Bergeson, Carlson & O'Donnell. <br />The following voted against same: <br />None. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />A-3 <br />
