Council member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-193 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2002 WATER AND SEWER OPERATING BUDGETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2002 Water and Sewer Operating Budgets during <br />their work session held August 24, 2001, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and made adjustments to the utility rate schedule for the years <br />2001-2003 sufficient to fund the utility operations in those years, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council each year adopts the Water and Sewer Operating Budgets by resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES that the following Water <br />and Sewer Operating Budgets for the year 2002 are hereby adopted: <br />2002 Water Operating Budget 2002 Sewer Operating Budget <br />Operating Revenues $1,036,700 $1,112,000 <br />Transfers 304,075 -0- <br />Total Revenues & Transfers $1,340,775 $1,112,000 <br />Operating Expenses $ 894,523 $1,099,127 <br />Debt Service 421,364 -0- <br />Total Expenses $1,315,887 $1,099,127 <br />Revenues/Transfers over/ <br />Under Expenses $ 24,888 $ 12,873 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 10th day of December, 2001. <br />John Bgesor , May <br />Ann BlaI, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member 0' Donnell <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Reinert, Da' -.i, Bergeson, Carlson & O'DonDell <br />The following voted against same: <br />None. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />A-4 <br />
