01-196 <br />Council Member ke n e r F introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-196 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 558 PINE STREET <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City of Lino Lakes for approval of a <br />Minor Subdivision for property legally described as: <br />East half of the West half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter and <br />the West half of the East half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter, <br />Section 5, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes has found the requested Minor <br />Subdivision, as delineated in the "Sketch and Description" prepared by Midwest Land <br />Surveyors and dated December 4, 2001, will, with the condition below, conform to the <br />criteria as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, and <br />WHEREAS, the subject five -acre piece is not to be considered a buildable lot, as it is <br />under the 10 -acre minimum size required for a property in a Rural zone. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />that the Minor Subdivision requested is hereby approved with the following described <br />condition: <br />1.
