ARTICLE VL SUNSET CLAUSE The DRTF shall complete all revisions and terminate on or before November 30, 2002 or by simple majority vote of the City Council. In the event that the DRTF terminates prior to the completion of its charge the responsibility of completing its purpose shall fall to the City Council or its designee.
