Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-04 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT— MARSHAN LANE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted October 8, 2001, a study <br />has been prepared by the City Engineer, with reference to the improvement of Marshan <br />Lane by constructing sanitary sewer and watermain extensions, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
