Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-04 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT— MARSHAN LANE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted October 8, 2001, a study <br />has been prepared by the City Engineer, with reference to the improvement of Marshan <br />Lane by constructing sanitary sewer and watermain extensions, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The report is hereby received by the City Council. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th of January, 2002. <br />J. et <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />.1 B <br />Jo eaMayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and <br />approved by the City Council on January 14, 2002. <br />Ann Blait, JCity Clerk <br />
