CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-05 <br />PREMISES PERMIT APPROVAL FOR RENEWAL OF APPLICATION <br />FOR LAWFUL GAMBLING AT VFW POST 6583 <br />LADIES AUXILIARY <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting of January 14, 2002, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed lawful gambling at the VFW Post <br />6583 Ladies Auxiliary, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes had conducted an investigation of the VFW Post <br />6583 Ladies Auxiliary, and; <br />WHEREAS, the VFW Post 6583 Ladies Auxiliary is in compliance with City Ordinance, <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the VFW Post 6583 Ladies Auxiliary appears to take into consideration the <br />best interest of the City of Lino Lakes, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the Renewal Premises Permit Application for the VFW Post 6583 <br />Ladies Auxiliary of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this (`i' day of ( cv1 ,1 , 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J. fB air, City Clerk <br />
