CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-11 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR THE TCF BANK <br />LOCATED IN THE LINO LAKES MARKET PLACE COMPLEX <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for Site Plan Review of property legally <br />described as Lot 2, Block 1, Lino Lakes Market Place 2nd Addition, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations provide for and <br />establish requirements for Site Plan Review, and <br />WHEREAS, the Site Plan Review meets those requirements, provided the conditions of <br />approval listed below are fulfilled, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />proposed TCF Site Plan Review as described by the attached documents entitled "TCF — <br />Lino Lakes Market Place" prepared by Shea Architects, Inc. and Alliant Engineering, Inc. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following conditions of approval apply: <br />1. A site development agreement be executed by and between the City of Lino Lakes <br />and TCF Bank. <br />2. A revised Site Plan be submitted that satisfies the impervious surface coverage <br />requirements. <br />3. A revised Floor Plan and Details be submitted that reflects the change in building <br />entrance. <br />4.
