CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-13 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />WEST SHADOW PONDS <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Spirit Hills was approved with Resolution 01-113 <br />by the City Council on August 13, 2001, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for West Shadow Ponds complies with City requirements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for West Shadow Ponds. <br />-n- <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this i 2 day of iv!) , 2002. <br />John J.
