CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-16 <br />TEMPORARY SET UP LIQUOR LICENSE PERMIT APPROVAL FOR <br />ONE -DAY EVENT, LINO LAKES LION'S CLUB <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting of February 11, 2002, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed a temporary set up liquor license for <br />a one -day event, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes had conducted an investigation of the Lino Lakes <br />Lion's Club, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Lion's Club is in compliance with City Ordinance, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Lion's Club appears to take into consideration the best <br />interest of the City of Lino Lakes, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the temporary set up liquor license permit for a one -day event to <br />be held on February 23, 2002, in the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this /( day of FG6rito.ry , 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
