CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-22 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />LINO LAKES MARKET PLACE 2"d ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Lino Lakes Market Place 2"d Addition was approved <br />with Resolution No. 02-12 by the City Council on March 11, 2002, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Lino Lakes Market Place 2"d Addition received by the City <br />on March 7, 2002 complies with the City requirements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Lino Lakes Market Place 2"d Addition subject to <br />the following condition: <br />1.
