CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-23 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CHARGES <br />TOWN OF WHITE BEAR BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has entered into an agreement with the Town of <br />White Bear to provide building inspection services within the Town limits; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 11 of the agreement permits the City to review and adjust the fees as <br />necessary to insure that such charges and fees adequately cover the costs of providing <br />said services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby establishes the following charges: <br />1. $41.00 per hour for all hours worked by City personnel within the Town <br />2. $.365 per mile for mileage traveled <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby <br />authorized to execute the endorsement of contract for building inspection services <br />pertaining to such charges. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this e? -S- — day of re- , 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City <br />erk <br />
