CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-24 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE <br />PROPOSED 2002-2006 5 -YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN <br />WHEREAS, Chapter VII, Section 7.05 (1) of the City Charter calls for the <br />preparation of a five-year financial plan and that a public hearing shall be held thereon, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, City staff has prepared such five-year financial plan for the years <br />2002 —2006, including all elements as listed in the City Charter, and, <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the proposed five-year financial plan with <br />the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council <br />hereby sets a public hearing on the proposed 2002 - 2006 five-year financial plan at its <br />regular City Council meeting on Monday, May 13, 2002 at 6:30 p.m., or soon thereafter. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of April, 2002. <br />�Lrr— ice <br />6/ J.
