CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-27 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS — 2002 WEAR <br />COURSE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes wishes to contract for placement of the wear course on new <br />roadways after about 80% of the Lots are built on, and <br />WHEREAS, the City will obtain public bids for the installation of the improvements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed to <br />prepare the plans and specifications for the construction of the 2002 Wear Course project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th <br />ATTEST: 04' <br />Ann J.
