CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-28 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS — WEST SHADOW <br />PONDS <br />WHEREAS, the owner of West Shadow Ponds has petitioned the City for the installation of <br />sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer and road improvements, and <br />WHEREAS, it has previously been determined the installation of the improvements is feasible, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the costs for the proposed improvements are secured through the development <br />agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Richard S. Carlson & Associates, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the developer remains responsible for adhering to all of the conditions of the West <br />Shadow Ponds preliminary plat approval, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed to <br />prepare the plans and specifications for the construction of the West Shadow Ponds <br />improvements. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of April, 2002. <br />John Berg- on, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />te„, <br />Ann J.
