CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-33 <br />PREMISES PERMIT APPROVAL FOR APPLICATION <br />FOR LAWFUL GAMBLING AT 49 CLUB <br />DEAD BROKE SADDLE CLUB <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting of April 8, 2002, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed lawful gambling at the 49 Club, <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes had conducted an investigation of the 49 Club and <br />the Dead Broke Saddle Club, and; <br />WHEREAS, the 49 Club and Dead Broke Saddle Club is in compliance with City <br />Ordinance; <br />WHEREAS, the 49 Club and the Dead Broke Saddle Club appears to take into <br />consideration the best interest of the City of Lino Lakes, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the Premises Permit Application for the 49 Club / Dead Broke <br />Saddle Club of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council thi <br />ATTEST: <br />Arm J.
