However, in the case of the property <br />referenced above, I have spoken to representatives,of the landowner concerning the plans for the <br />property. Centennial School District No. 12 is aware of the development plans including some <br />outside storage for construction mats and a boom truck. Based on the fact the property is <br />adjacent to the school district's stone water management pond for the Middle School, the school <br />district does not oppose the approval of this development plan and the granting of a conditionai <br />use permit for outside storage. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at 763-792-6010.
