CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-44 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR THE <br />RELOCATION OF A HOUSE TO A 13.5 -ACRE PARCEL LOCATED <br />NORTH OF BIRCH STREET AND WEST OF 20TH AVENUE <br />(PIN 26-31-22-14-0015) <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a Site Plan Review for the <br />relocation of an existing structure, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations provide for and <br />establish Site Plan Review requirements for the relocation of structures, and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Site Plan Review meets those requirements, provided the <br />conditions of approval listed below are fulfilled, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />proposed Site Plan as described by the attached document entitled "Certificate of Survey" <br />by Kurth Surveying, Inc., dated April 22, 2002, and received by the City April 23, 2002. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following conditions of approval apply: <br />1. Approval is received from Anoka County for an access drive onto 20th Avenue. <br />2.
