CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-45a <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM THE <br />MINIMUM LOT SIZE FOR PROPERTY IN AN R -X, RURAL EXECUTIVE <br />ZONING DISTRICT AND <br />A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 901 OAK LANE <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a Variance and Minor Subdivision <br />of property legally described to -wit: <br />Lot 28 and 29, Block 2, Lakeview Woodlands, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations provide for and <br />establish requirements for Variances and Minor Subdivisions, and <br />WHEREAS, , the subject lot previously existed as two separate platted lots, and <br />WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes City Council makes the following findings of fact: <br />1. The property in question is comprised of two previously separate platted lots legally <br />described as Lot 28, Lakeview Woodlands and Lot 29, Lakeview Woodlands. <br />2. The proposed lot size of the minor subdivision is consistent with other lots within the <br />Lakeview Woodlands subdivision, as such, granting of the variance does not confer <br />upon the applicant a special privilege. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />proposed Variance and Minor Subdivisions as described by the attached document <br />entitled "Certificate of Survey, Lots 28 & 29, Block 2, Lake View Woodlands" by Kurth <br />Surveying & Engineering, Inc., dated April 21, 2002. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of May, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />• <br />Ann Blai5 City Clerk <br />n J.
