CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-55 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PERMANENT EASEMENTS FOR STREET AND UTILITY <br />PURPOSES — LAKE/APOLLO IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, permanent easements for street and utility purposes were needed at the <br />southeast, southwest, and northwest corners of the Lake and Apollo Drive intersection <br />to facilitate the street and traffic control installations for the Lake Drive/ Apollo Drive <br />Improvement Project, and <br />WHEREAS, Systems Capital Real Property Corporation (McDonald's), Fast Break <br />Corner Market, LLC and Community National Bank, the respective property owners, <br />have provided the City with said easements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That such easements are hereby accepted by the City of Lino Lakes and the City <br />Clerk is authorized to execute the easements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24tay of June, 2002. <br />CA2-,------- <br />John .
