02-57 Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 02-57 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SUBDIVISION OF PARCEL E, APOLLO BUSINESS PARK WHEREAS, the City has received an application for minor subdivision approval for property currently referred to as Parcel E, Apollo Business Park, whose legal description is: (see legal description Attachment A) and WHEREAS, the applicant is proposing to subdivide the 6.6 acre subject property into 4.5 and 2.1 acre parcels, to be described as: (see legal descriptions Attachment B) and WHEREAS, the minor subdivision approval request is based on a Sketch and Description prepared by Metro Land Surveying and Engineering dated 4/8/02; and WHEREAS, at their meeting on May 8, 2002, the Planning & Zoning Board considered the minor subdivision application and recommended approval subject to the conditions listed in the meeting minutes; and WHEREAS, the proposed minor subdivision meets the requirements of the City's zoning ordinance and subdivision ordinance NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves the minor subdivision of Parcel E, Apollo Business Park subject to the following conditions: 1. Based on 3.8 acres of upland, a park dedication of $8,265 (for Parcels F and G) is received prior to the City certifying the proposed minor subdivision. 2. Deeds conveying the easements to the City shall be submitted prior to City certification of this minor subdivision resolution for recording. Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of June 2002.
