COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-59 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR A CABAET LICENSE, A 3.2 <br />BEER LICNESE AND AN EXEMPTION FOR GAMBLING PERMIT FOR THE <br />ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH AUGUST FESTIVAL <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />June 24, 2002; and <br />St. Joseph Catholic Church has made application for a cabaret license, a <br />3.2 beer license and a permit for lawful gambling for their annual August <br />festival to be held on August loth and I l th, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted an investigation <br />of St. Joseph Catholic Church; and <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph Catholic Church is in compliance with City Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph Catholic Church appears to take into consideration the best <br />interest of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the cabaret license, the 3.2 beer license and the application for <br />exemption for gambling permit for the August festival. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of June, 2002. <br />Jo Yrn J.
