CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-68 <br />APPROVING 3.2 BEER OFF -SALE LICENSE FOR <br />SUPERTARGET STORE, LINO LAKES VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting on June 24, 2002, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed approval of a 3.2 beer off -sale <br />license for the SuperTarget Store in the Lino Lakes Village, which is scheduled to open <br />in July, 2002, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of the Target <br />Corporation, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Target Corporation is in compliance with City Ordinance, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Target Corporation appears to take into consideration the best interest of <br />the City of Lino Lakes, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the 3.2 beer off -sale license for the SuperTarget Store located in <br />the Lino Lakes Village, <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 2.1 qday of • , 2002. <br />24- <br />Jgeson, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
