CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-70 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE PLAN REVIEW <br />FOR A PROPOSED EXPANSION OF EMERGENCY APPARATUS <br />MAINTENANCE COMPANY, <br />LOCATED AT 7512 -4TH AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a Site Plan Review for the <br />expansion of Emergency Apparatus Maintenance (EAM), and <br />WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations provide for and <br />establish standards for Site Plan Review in Section 2, subdiv. 5, and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Site Plan Review meets the above described standards, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves <br />the Site Plan Review for EAM as described by the plans and documents stamped as <br />received June 3, 2002. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following conditions of approval apply: <br />1. Proper building permits be obtained prior to any construction. <br />2. Permits be obtained by Rice Creek Watershed prior to any site work or issuance of <br />building permits. <br />3. Cut sheets showing a lighting fixture choice meeting City Ordinance (shoebox style, <br />no -spill), as well as a revised photometric lighting plan which reflects the new choice <br />of fixture style, must be submitted prior to issuance of any building permits. <br />4. Trash/dumpsters must be enclosed within a six-foot high fence of wall.
