CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZATION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />TO: Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson <br />and Associates, Incorporated <br />1500 Piper Jaffray Plaza <br />444 Cedar Street <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55101 <br />Pursuant to our Agreement dated March 8, 1993, you are hereby authorized to proceed with the <br />professional services described as follows: <br />PREPARATION OF A CITY-WIDE <br />STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The City of Lino Lakes is required to prepare a Plan that must, at a minimum, meet the requirements <br />for local plans in Minnesota Statutes, Section 103B.235, except as provided by the Watershed <br />' ▪ Management Organization Plan under Part 8410.0110, Subpart 3. Each such Plan should be adopted <br />within two years of the Board's approval of the last organization plan that affects local units of <br />government. <br />Each local Plan must include sections containing the following information: <br />• Table of Contents <br />• Purpose <br />• Water Resource Related Agreements <br />• Executive Summary <br />• Land and Water Resource Inventory <br />• Establishment of Goals and Policies <br />• Relationship of Goals and Policies to Local, Regional, State, and Federal Plans, <br />Goals, and Programs <br />• Assessment of Problems <br />• Corrective Actions <br />• Financial Considerations <br />• Implementation Priorities <br />• Amendment Procedures <br />• Implementation Program <br />• Appendix <br />1 <br />
