The request also requires <br />approval to allocate MUSA to the site and a Rezoning from R, Rural District to R -1X, <br />Single Family Executive Residential District. <br />The site is located adjacent to and south of Birch Street and a quarter mile west of <br />Centerville Road. <br />This review is based on the following revised submittals prepared by Pioneer Engineering <br />and received by the City on June 5, 2002: <br />Preliminary Plat, revised May 29, 2002 <br />Existing Conditions Plan, dated January 14, 2002 <br />Preliminary Site/Utility Plan, revised May 30, 2002 <br />Preliminary Grading and Erosion Control Plan, revised May 30, 2002 <br />Detail Sheet, revised May 30, 2002 <br />And <br />Preliminary Landscaping Plan prepared by Pioneer Engineering, dated March 7, 2002 <br />and received by the City on March 11, 2002. <br />Wetland Delineation Report prepared by Barr Engineering, dated August 16, 2001, and <br />received by the City on March 27, 2002. <br />
