The request also requires approval to allocate MUSA to the site and a Rezoning from R, Rural District to R -1X, Single Family Executive Residential District. The site is located adjacent to and south of Birch Street and a quarter mile west of Centerville Road. This review is based on the following revised submittals prepared by Pioneer Engineering and received by the City on June 5, 2002: Preliminary Plat, revised May 29, 2002 Existing Conditions Plan, dated January 14, 2002 Preliminary Site/Utility Plan, revised May 30, 2002 Preliminary Grading and Erosion Control Plan, revised May 30, 2002 Detail Sheet, revised May 30, 2002 And Preliminary Landscaping Plan prepared by Pioneer Engineering, dated March 7, 2002 and received by the City on March 11, 2002. Wetland Delineation Report prepared by Barr Engineering, dated August 16, 2001, and received by the City on March 27, 2002.
