• Additional oak trees should be placed in the SE corner of the Plat. See <br />attachment 1. <br />• The buffer areas around the wetland/pond areas should be increased to <br />10 to 20 feet minimum. <br />• A more detailed description of the Tree Preservation Plan should be <br />submitted indicating that protection fence will be installed before any <br />soil disturbance occurs. <br />• An agreement has been reached concerning site soils budget, and that <br />no soils will be exported or imported to the site without discussion and <br />approvals from City Staff. <br />• That an environmental information and disclosure brochure be given <br />to new prospective lot buyers describing the soil and water in the area, <br />that there may be soft and wet conditions in back yards, and that <br />buffers have been established around all wetlands and ponds, and that <br />this means no-mowing, dumping, or changing vegetation (without <br />approvals from the City), and that all buffer areas will be signed as <br />such. <br />• That the City does not loose sight of the Waterworks easement as a <br />part of a Citywide Greenway System. <br />Motion to Deny made by Donlin second by O'Connell.
