• Additional oak trees should be placed in the SE corner of the Plat. See
attachment 1.
• The buffer areas around the wetland/pond areas should be increased to
10 to 20 feet minimum.
• A more detailed description of the Tree Preservation Plan should be
submitted indicating that protection fence will be installed before any
soil disturbance occurs.
• An agreement has been reached concerning site soils budget, and that
no soils will be exported or imported to the site without discussion and
approvals from City Staff.
• That an environmental information and disclosure brochure be given
to new prospective lot buyers describing the soil and water in the area,
that there may be soft and wet conditions in back yards, and that
buffers have been established around all wetlands and ponds, and that
this means no-mowing, dumping, or changing vegetation (without
approvals from the City), and that all buffer areas will be signed as
such.
• That the City does not loose sight of the Waterworks easement as a
part of a Citywide Greenway System.
Motion to Deny made by Donlin second by O'Connell. All were in favor. Motion
passed.
• Page 2
