The raw water conduit located in the easement area will require protection in the form of an 8 -
inch reinforced concrete mat as show on the attached Exhibit "B".
2. A driveway access on both sides of the roadway must be provided to retain the ability of
SPRWS crews to travel north and south with equipment.
3. A removable barrier such as a gated fence must be provided along both sides of the roadway
within the easement area to discourage access from the roadway yet allow SPRWS crews to
transport equipment over the roadway.
4. Utility crossings, as well as plans addressing the above requirements, must be approved in
advance of construction.
5. A Rider to Agreement between the Board and the City of Lino Lakes granting permission for
a crossing and specifying the above and other conditions must be executed prior to
construction in the easement area.
You can reach me at 651-266-6265 to discuss questions of concerns.
_ : Hard copy will follow via U.S. Mall
X : Hard copy will not follow via U.S. Mail
