COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-86 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR DEAD BROKE <br />SADDLE CLUB TO CONDUCT GAMBLING ACTIVITY AT THE 49 CLUB <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />August 12, 2002; and <br />the Lino Lakes City Council discussed the lawful gambling activity of the <br />Dead Broke Saddle Club and it's renewal application to continue to <br />conduct gambling at the 49 Club; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of the Dead Broke <br />Saddle Club; and <br />WHEREAS, the Dead Broke Saddle Club is in compliance with City Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Dead Broke Saddle Club appears to take into consideration the best <br />interest of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the charitable gambling activity by the Dead Broke Saddle Club <br />at the 49 Club, 6007 Hodgson Road, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of August, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
