a. The Little Leaf Linden trees along Apollo Drive be changed to a Red or <br />White Oak and spaced at 50 feet. <br />b. Additional landscaping be added to the plaza area in front of the proposed <br />building. <br />c. The coniferous trees along I-35 be changed to Austrian Pine and White <br />Spuce. <br />d. The proposed Purpleleaf Plum trees be changed to disease resistant <br />ornamental crab trees. <br />e. Plantings within the limits of the east ponding area be eliminated. <br />f. Tamerack Trees be provided around the east ponding area (to tie into the <br />Marketplace development) and be located above the 100 year HWL. <br />12. A revised master landscaping plan, encompassing the entire subdivision, <br />should be sumbitted for City review and approval. The plan shall demonstrate <br />conformance with the tree replacement requirements for the development. <br />13. All federal, state, county, and watershed district permits shall be obtained <br />prior to issuance of a building permit and commencement of site <br />improvements. <br />14. Prior to the commencement of any site work, the applicant enter into a <br />development agreement with the City and post all the necessary securities <br />required by it. The agreement shall also contain an operation and <br />maintenance agreement. <br />15.
