EXHIBIT "A" An easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under and across the following described property: That part of Lot 3, Block 7, LAKES ADDITION NO. 2, according to the duly recorded plat thereof, lying easterly of a line drawn from a point on the north line of said lot distant 67.00 feet westerly of the northeast corner of said lot to a point on the south line of said lot distant 86.00 feet westerly of the southeast corner of said lot. And The South 10.00 feet of the West 70.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 7, LAT(F'S ADDITION NO. 2, according to the duly recorded plat thereof. And That part of Lot 4, Block 7, LAKES ADDITION NO. 2, according to the duly recorded plat thereof, lying easterly of a line drawn from a point on the north line of said lot distant 80.00 feet westerly of the northeast corner of said lot to a point on the south line of said lot distant 68.00 feet westerly of the southeast corner of said lot. And The North 10.00 feet of the West 70.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 7, LAKFS ADDIITION NO. 2, according to the duly recorded plat thereof. And That part of Lot 5, Block 7, LAKFS ADDITION NO. 2, according to the dul y recorded plat thereof, lying easterly of a line drawn from a point on the north line of said lot distant 68.00 feet westerly of the northeast corner of said lot to a point on the south line of said lot distant 60.00 feet westerly of the southeast corner of said lot.
