CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-144 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND <br />ALLOCATING 20.8 ACRES OF MUSA RESERVE <br />FOR CLEARWATER CREEK 5Th ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the site is included in the Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition preliminary plat <br />approved by the City Council on April 12, 1999, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat approval included phasing of the development over <br />several years, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Clearwater Creek 5th Addition received by the City on <br />October 7, 2002 is consistent with that phasing plan and other City requirements, and <br />WHEREAS, the 2002 comprehensive plan guides the site for low density sewered <br />residential development within the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA), and <br />WHEREAS, the 2002 comprehensive plan includes the site within a stage one growth <br />area, eligible for MUSA reserve prior to year 2010, and <br />WHEREAS, the City has MUSA reserve acres to allocate; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Clearwater Creek 5h Addition. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby allocates 20.8 acres of <br />MUSA reserve to the Clearwater Creek 5th Addition <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this ) �� day of 0e M 4 , , 2002. <br />Joh .
