CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-150 <br />APPROVING OFF -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE AND TOBACCO LICENSE FOR <br />EAGLE LIQUOR AND TOBACCO ON THE JADT PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting on October 14, 2002, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed approval of a an off -sale liquor <br />license and a tobacco license for Eagle Liquor and Tobacco, which will open a new <br />business on the JADT property, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of the applicants, <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, Eagle Liquor and Tobacco is in compliance with City Ordinance, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Eagle Liquor and Tobacco appears to take into consideration the best <br />interest of the City of Lino Lakes, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the off -sale liquor license and the tobacco license for Eagle <br />Liquoe and Tobacco to be located on the JADT property subject to all the fees, provisions <br />and conditions of the laws of the city, state and of the federal government. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this ) `/ day of Oc , 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
