CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-175 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPIRIT HILLS COMMERCIAL <br />SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the Site and Building Plan Review for Spirit Hills Commercial Center was <br />approved with Resolution No. 02-88 by the City Council on November 25, 2002, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and conditions of Site and Building Plan <br />approval provide for the execution of a performance agreement to insure satisfactory <br />completion of the improvements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement for the Spirit Hills Commercial Center and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9thy of December, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann B1.
