CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-179 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING PLAYGROUND <br />EQUIPMENT PROJECT FOR HIGHLAND MEADOWS PARK <br />WHEREAS, Bids for the playground proposals were opened for the Highland Meadows <br />Playground Equipment Project on December 2, 2002 at City Hall; and <br />WHEREAS, The proposals were on display December 9-12, 2002 for residents, Park <br />Board members, and city staff to review and comment on; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff and area residents concur that Little Tikes - Option B is the <br />preferred selection for Highland Meadows Park; and <br />WHEREAS, The funding for this project is the Park Dedication Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council hereby receives <br />the bids and awards the Highland Meadows Park Playground Equipment Project to <br />Flanagan, Sales, Inc (Little Tikes - Option B). <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 16th day of December, 2002. <br />Joh1 J.
