Council Member [VW _, introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-17 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - <br />TWILIGHT ACRES 2ND ADDITION UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 11th day of October, 1999, fixed <br />a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement for Twilight Acres 2nd Addition <br />(Nancy Drive) by constructing sanitary sewer, watermain, street and storm sewer. <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on the November 22, 1999, at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer, John Powell, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br />such improvement. <br />2.
