Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 — 21 <br />PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR LAWFUL GAMBLNG <br />FOR MINNESOTA/USA WRESTLING, INC AT THE 49 CLUB OF LINO <br />LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting of February 28, 2000, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed lawful gambling at the 49 Club for <br />Minnesota/USA Wrestling, Inc to conduct gambling at 6007 Hodgson Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of Minnesota/USA <br />Wrestling; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota/USA Wrestling, Inc. and the 49 Club are in compliance <br />with City Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota/USA Wrestling, Inc and the 49 Club appear to take into <br />consideration the best interest of the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the Renewal Premises Permit Application for Minnesota/USA <br />Wrestling, Inc. at the 49 Club of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of February 2000. <br />Ry, hel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />Po n J. <br />J Bergeson, Ma y or <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member 0' Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell <br />The following voted against the same: none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
