CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 - 40 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SOLICITOR'S/PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, James Louis Bard of Bard Flowers has complied with all of the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 01-89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the <br />necessary license for a profit business: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and virtue thereof, the <br />said business Bard Flowers is hereby authorized to solicit for their own organization for a <br />period of six -months (6) beginning April 1, 2000 and ending October 1, 2000 subject to <br />all conditions and provisions of said ordinance. <br />GIVEN UNDER MY HAND and the corporate seal of the City of Lino Lakes this 27 <br />day of March 2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />P4,46w4 <br />John J.
