Council Member7R \ _, introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-56 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICTION OF ABATEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has levied an assessment for improvements on <br />properties in the Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition for payable 2000 taxes, and <br />WHEREAS, the dual property identification numbers were placed on single properties <br />due to either the boundaries of watershed districts, school districts, or tax <br />increment sections, and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to abate specific assessments known as special assessments <br />since some were double assessed and placed on single properties, and <br />WHEREAS, single assessments should be placed on properties identified as follows: <br />Lot Blk Property Identification Number <br />1 1 R25 31 22 42 0005 <br />18 5 R25 31 22 42 0061 <br />19 5 R25 31 22 42 0062 <br />20 5 R25 31 22 42 0063 <br />21 5 R25 31 22 42 0064 <br />22 5 R25 31 22 42 0065 <br />14 6 R25 31 33 42 0066 <br />10 8 R25 31 22 42 0070 <br />WHEREAS, single assessments should not be placed on properties identified as <br />follows: <br />Lot Blk Property Identification Number <br />1 1 R25 31 22 31 0007 <br />18 5 R25 31 22 43 0003 <br />19 5 R25 31 22 43 0004 <br />20 5 R25 31 22 43 0005 <br />21 5 R25 31 22 43 0006 <br />
