L <br />Council Member <br />and moved its adoption: <br />iP(1 introduced the following resolution <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 00-57 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-57 TRANSFERRING $155,783 FROM THE AREA AND <br />UNIT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 1999 <br />WHEREAS, the city is in the process of finalizing the 1999 budget year, and <br />WHEREAS, the 1999 adopted General Fund budget calls for a $155,783 transfer from <br />the Area and Unit fund to the General Fund , and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following resolution formally <br />authorizes the transfer from the Area and Unit fund to the General fund with an effective <br />date of December 31, 1999. <br />Area and Unit Fund(406) <br />General Fund(101) <br />($155,783) <br />$155,783 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of May 2000. <br />4k%La. <br />Ry-thel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />John J.
