Council Member (24451Z -C --,..S0 introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-58 <br />CABARET LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Saint Joseph Catholic Church has paid the sum of twenty dollars to the <br />Treasurer of said City as required by the Ordinances of said City and complied with all <br />the requirements of said Ordinances necessary for obtaining this License. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the City Council, and by virtue hereof, the said Saint <br />Joseph Catholic Church is hereby licensed and authorized to conduct the annual "August <br />Festival at 171 Elm Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota for the period starting August 12, 2000 <br />and ending August 13, 2000 subject to all the conditions and provisions of said <br />Ordinances. <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 22ND DAY OF MAY, 2000. <br />R Gaustad, CMC Jo J.
