Council Member -74/6-9/21--introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 - 61 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SOLICITOR'S/PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, LeeAnn Michelle Mather of Southwestern Company has complied with <br />all of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01-89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining <br />the necessary license for a profit business: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and virtue thereof, the <br />said business, Southwest Company, is hereby authorized to solicit for their own <br />organization for a period of six -months (6) beginning May ZZ, 2000 and ending <br />November 2-2,2000 subject to all conditions and provisions of said ordinance. <br />GIVEN UNDER MY HAND and the corporate seal of the City of Lino Lakes this 18th <br />day of May 2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ry-Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk -Treasurer <br />Seal <br />p&p ittir <br />John J.
